What happens if I receive my item and it is damaged?


We are always sorry to hear that an item is received damaged. We definitely try our best to package the item to prevent it from breaking however, once the carrier is in possession of the item we are unable to control what happens to it during transit. If you received your item and it is damaged, please contact us immediately after receiving the item so we may better assist you. Do not throw anything away including the shipping box. If you contact us outside of the 7 days we are unable to assist you and you will need to place a new order.




What is your refund/exchange policy?


Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our business all sales are final. Refunds are only available if the product had a shop-responsible mistake and we are contacted within 5 days of delivery date. Any mistake made in the shop notes or customization by the customer is non-refundable.




When will I receive my order?


Because each item is custom made to order please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping. If your order will take longer than 10 business days we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline please add this in the Additional Notes/Comments section of your order and we will try our best to accomodate you.

Do you charge for shipping?


Standard shipping rates range from $9.99 - $12.99, however if you spend more than $75.00 shipping charges are waived. If you are local, you can pick up your order at the LCYC Clubhouse during bar hours for no additional charge! Be sure to select this option at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.
